The total living area is 220 m2, distributed over two full floors. The third level features an open deck of 160 m2—the perfect space for a lounge area, observation deck, or private events. Additionally, there is an 80 m2 technical floor with 2-meter ceilings—hidden engineering infrastructure that does not detract from the aesthetics of the living space.

The purpose—residential or commercial—is up to you. As always, we create not a template, but a platform for your individual scenario: the configuration, layout, and technical equipment are tailored to the specific task.

Custom Configuration for Your Lifestyle

During the design phase, you have the opportunity to fully customize your future houseboat to your personal preferences—from the layout to the engineering solutions. We offer over 50 carefully thought-out options, as well as the ability to implement custom solutions upon request.

For year-round living, especially in winter, we recommend integrating an overboard water filtration system and a deep biological wastewater treatment plant—this is important since most marinas suspend water supply in winter to prevent utilities from freezing.

If speed and confidence in any weather are your priorities, a catamaran hull is the optimal solution. And if you need confident navigation in shallow waters, it's better to choose a monohull.

Onboard comfort is the standard, not a compromise. Heated floors, a supply and exhaust ventilation system, climate control, and a smart home system can all be included in the design phase. For autonomous operation of power systems, we recommend a diesel generator with automatic start and/or an uninterruptible power supply with a battery pack and inverter.
